These look so good. Too bad the pie fillings are made with citric acid as a preservative. Might work for me or anyone allergic to citric acid to make our own filling with fresh or frozen blueberries.

Ingredients
- 5 1/2 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 loaf white bread thin slices
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cups sugar
Instructions
Number One :Cut off the crust of the bread.
Number Two :With a rolling pin, flatten bread.
Number Three :In a small bowl combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended.
Number Four :In a separate bowl combine sugar and cinnamon - set aside.
Number Five :Spread 1 - 1½ tablespoons of cream cheese mixture onto each flattened bread piece and roll up.
Number Six :Dip each rolled bread into melted butter and then into the cinnamon and sugar mix.
Number Seven :Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Number Eight :Repeat for remaining pieces of bread.
Number Nine :Bake at 350 for 16-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
